No, all PACK EXPO East hotels in our room block are located within a few minutes’ walk of the convention center, so no shuttle services will be provided.

Concessions are located in the back of exhibit halls A & B and are open 10:00 am –2:00pm daily. Saxbys is located outside the Exhibit Hall and will be open daily8:00 am – 2:00 pm. Complimentary Philly Pretzels will be available at the back of Hall A starting at 11:30 while supplies last.
The Pennsylvania Convention Center offers scooter and wheelchair rentals through Scootaround. To reserve a scooter or wheelchair in advance, call 1-888-441-7575 ext. 6101. It is recommended to reserve at least 72 hours in advance to guarantee your rental will be available when you arrive.The Fed Ex Office at the Pennsylvania Convention Center has a small inventory of scooters and wheelchairs onsite. Because this inventory is for on-site, walk-up rentals only, please note scooters and wheelchairs are available on first come, first served basis.
The First Aid office is located in the back of Hall A. If there is an injured person or someone who needs medical attention, contact the Command Station, via a beige house phone at ext. 4911 or by calling 215-418-4911. Relay information to the Command Station and they will either contact the show EMS or the Philadelphia Fire Department Rescue Unit.
Unauthorized photography and videotaping is prohibited. You must obtain permission from the exhibitor prior to videotaping or taking pictures. No cameras or recording devices are permitted in the conference sessions.
The Pennsylvania Convention Center offers a UPS store on site. The UPS store is open 9:00 am – 6:00 pm daily and is located on the 200 Level between Exhibit Halls B & C. To contact UPS, call 215-418-2125 or email print7187@theupsstore.com.
The Pennsylvania Convention Center provides a Concierge Desk to make dinner reservations, provide tips, directions and suggestions on the city of Philadelphia. The desk is located on Level 200 Bridge and will be open 10:00 am– 4:00 pm on Monday, March 18 and Tuesday, March 19.
Yes, there are two Lactation Suites within the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Suites are located on level 200, between halls A and B, and on level100 in the Broad St. and Arch St. concourse.
Yes, the Baggage and Coat Check is in the foyer across from the Hall A entrance. The cost is $3 per item. Hours of operation are: March 18-19, 8:00am - 6:00pm and March 20,8:00am - 3:30pm.

Submit the exhibit space application to reserve your booth. Booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once PMMI receives your application, we will contact you to assign your space. To start your application, go to Reserve My Booth.
The base rate is $32.25 per square foot. PMMI member space rates vary. If you are a PMMI Member and would like to know your space rate, please call 571.612.3200.
Drayage/material handling is included in your space rate provided your shipment/truck checks in at the Pennsylvania Convention Center by 2:00 pm on your assigned target move-in date. See the PACK EXPO East Rules & Regulations for additional information and special assessment pricing.
Drayage is the moving of the exhibitor’s machinery, etc., off the exhibitor’s truck at the dock to the exhibitor’s booth and back to the dock to be loaded back onto the truck. This is included in the price of the exhibitor’s booth space.
A nonrefundable 25% deposit should accompany your Exhibit Space Application. An additional 50% payment is due by August 25, 2023. Final payment is due November 17, 2023. If you have any questions about payment for your booth space, you can contact Gisella Zapata at gzapata@pmmi.org or 571.612.3200.
Each exhibitor is assigned a priority point for space selection. PACK EXPO East, PACK EXPO International and PACK EXPO Las Vegas hold separate priority standings. By exhibiting continuously, and those ahead of you in priority not exhibiting, an exhibitor begins to move up the priority point system. Choosing not to exhibit at PACK EXPO Las Vegas or PACK EXPO International does not affect your PACK EXPO East priority.
Booths that are 599 sq. ft. and under have a maximum 12’ height restriction (no hanging signs permitted), booths 600-1499 sq. ft. have a maximum 14’ height restriction and booths 1500 sq. ft. and over have a maximum 18’ height restriction. Exhibitors can register as many booth personnel as they would like, for free in advance. All badge registrations after the advanced deadline will incur a $15 fee per badge. All badges must be picked up on-site.
Login to the Exhibitor Resource Center and complete all items in the “Complete Profile” section to populate your Online Listing. This includes a company description, product categories, vertical markets, any applicable upgrade items and more. The Show Contact for your company must create a new password the first time they log into the Exhibitor Resource Center for PACK EXPO East 2024. The Show Contact can then invite other company contacts to create logins if additional staff members need access.
Your 25% deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. For cancellations received after August 25, 2023 and by November 17, 2023, the exhibitor will forfeit any monies paid to date up to 75% of the total booth cost, with a maximum forfeiture of $10,000*. For cancellations received after November 17, 2023, exhibitor is obligated to pay the total cost of space assigned.
*Payments made above the $10,000 forfeiture fee will be reserved as a credit towards a future show within 24 months. In the event that the exhibitor does not participate in a PACK EXPO/PMMI show within 24 months, the credit will be forfeited.
